Using and designing bioinformatics tools for single or multi-omics data analysis, such as genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics. For achieving accurate result, I am also focus on the deep learning which is one of the most up-to-date machine learning technology. Moreover, generating and integrating the software to interpret the omics data in single cell level is also one of my research direction.
