Most of my research projects focused on basic/theoretical statistical models and applied biological questions in human complex diseases, particularly at multi-omics integration, for discovering potential pathological mechanisms. I am especially interested in developing potential analytical pipelines that identify not only disease-related factors but also casual factors.
