盧憶目前為聖路易華盛頓大學法學院博士班候選人，主攻智慧財產權法律，反托拉斯法與經濟分析。在就讀博士班之前，盧憶曾在美商溫斯頓本國及外國法事務所 (Winston & Strawn ) 實習，負責分析台灣客戶以及非專利實施個體 (NPEs) 在美國東德州法院的專利訴訟。此外，由於對於創業家精神有著濃厚的興趣，因此加入中華創業家跨界交流協會(Entrepreneur+)擔任理事，並定期透過舉辦會議與座談會在台灣推廣創業家精神。
