In my PhD work, I investigated neural communications between brain regions and how these connections are related to cognitive performance in Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis. I utilized graph theory and dynamic functional connectivity analyses to profile brain networks and multivariate methods to explore brain-behavour associations. My postdoctoral work focused on precision medicine in neurodegeneration with multimodal neuroimaging, aiming to provide guidelines for personalized treatments.
